T-Ball

Well now that Soccer is over its on to T-ball. Reese has been very excited since we signed her up 2 months ago to play. And she was even more excited when we were able to go and pick up her shirt. Her team is the Gators which consists of all 3 year olds and 4 year olds. They are pretty cute to watch play.

Reese likes it so far but she has only played 1 game. As long as she is the catcher and gets to put the ball on the Tee or is batting she is happy. She's not a big fan of the outfield and tells me many times during the game that she doesn't need her mitt to catch the ball she can just use her hands.

Kindergarten Graduation

Tatum graduated from kindergarten last night, and we couldn't be more proud of her. She did such a good job in school and is so excited to start 1st grade.

I am so glad that she made such good friends this year. For Tatum it's not very hard for her to make new friends she is very friendly to other kids.

We did a car pool with a few kids from the neighborhood this year and here is the wild bunch. They may look quite but once you get them smooched in a little car it gets pretty crazy.

Soccer

This year was Tatum first year of soccer, and she has been loving every minute of it. She's pretty aggressive and goes right for the ball. So much in fact that at one game the ref stopped the game and told her and a couple of other girls on her team to start playing nice. Funny thing was that she didn't start it but she wanted to make sure she finnished it. Nobody pushes her or her friends around.

Fly Fishing

Here's a few pictures from Court's annual fishing trip with a couple of his friends.

They had a good time but here is what the trip consisted of....

-1 busted up bumper

-1 dead deer

-1 hole in the side of a borrowed camp trailer.

-and lots of good memories

Hopefully they won't repeat the same thing next year.

They did go on an Easter egg hunt at Life Care Center but of course I forgot to take my camera. It was a lot of fun and Tatum even won a prize. Reese on the other hand didn't get any prizes but had so much in her basket that they had to start filling her hood with eggs so she could get them all.

Christmas 2009

I just realized that I hadn't posted anything about Christmas so I thought I would share a little bit about what happened. We had Christmas with my family this year and had everyone home. It was a lot of fun and a little crazy, here's what Christmas consisted of....
